The boat

The boat is €300/week (3000 SEK).

Experience from handling a motor boat and navigation is required since there are plenty of invisible underwater rocks in the archipelago.
Additional information

Bed linen and towels provided at extra cost, €20/person (200 SEK).

Wood for the fireplace is €10 per bag (100 SEK).

Guests clean the house before departure. As an option, end cleaning can be bought for €95 (950 SEK).

Check in at 16:00 and check out at 11:00 if nothing else has been agreed.
House rules
There is basically only one rule;

Please treat my property as if it were your own, or as you would like guests to treat your own property.
But, a few more explicit rules;

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

We are all humans and break things and that's ok, but please be honest with what has been broken so that I can replace it before the next guests arrive.
